Cheeseburgers – Y’all know how to make them!

Cowboy beans – I call these man catching beans!

1 lb spicy bulk sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 c brown sugar
A generous squeeze of yellow mustard and ketchup
1 large can Bush’s Original Baked Beans
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage in oven safe pan until you see some crispy pieces. I think everything tastes better in cast iron. Do not drain grease off. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Cover with lid or foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Pasta Salad – If you make this once you will be asked to bring this to every potluck.

1 box bowtie pasta
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can black olives, sliced
1 bunch green onion chopped
1 packaged cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 block feta cheese, crumbled
1 whole bottle Good Seasons Italian dressing (the kind you mix yourself with the packet)

Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until cooled. Pour Italian dressing over pasta and add in the rest of the ingredients. Chill in fridge 2 hours. Right before serving stir and add another splash of dressing.
